POWERFUEL
PowerFUEL allows companies to manage their entire plant inventory including fuel, emissions, emission reduction agents as well as by-products such as ash. The system can also be integrated to provide daily generation, GADS events and cost development to create a seamless integration among key pieces of the generation plant.
The system also integrates with accounting or Integ’s internal financial module to perform vendor/contract management and purchase order and cost tracking.
Benefits
PowerFuel allows for tracking and analysis of commodities/fuel inventory, outage events, plant performance and unit generation. It allows companies to track inventory for any commodity such as fuels, emission reduction agents such as ammonia, by-products such as ash, and emissions such as NOx and SOx. The system tracks commodity quality on an “As Received” and “As Burned” basis and calculates plant performance metrics as well as cost to create one KWh of electricity for each plant. Costs are also calculated by fuel. The system integrates with Integ’s Financial Module or any internal accounting system to automatically obtain and update financial information.
Functionality
- Tracking and analysis of commodities/fuel inventory, outage events, plant performance and unit generation.
- Track as-burned fuel quality to provide extremely accurate heat rate.
- Utilize as-burned consumption quality and total fuel cost data along with inputs to calculate the cost to product electricity for each plant.
- Validation across generation, consumption of commodities, and outage events.
- Integration with PI and real-time metering systems to automate creation of consumption data.
- Ability to import XML directly from vendor sites for automated receipts.
